Great for storing herbs & spices, cotton swabs, candy, jewelry and all sorts of other items.
Though these are not made with recycled shavings from making our hoops like many other resin products we sell, these jars are just too nice not to make! We happened upon a batch of glitter that was not eco-friendly and decided to do a round of these jars along with a few other items.
A brief education on glitter: there are many companies who sell biodegradable and eco-friendly glitter products. The glitter we ended up with did not fit that criteria and so we don’t want to use it for anything that could go down the drain or back out into the environment. We thought that sealing the glitter (forever!) into these beautiful resin jars was a great way to make use of it. Now it’s your job to keep this jar for all of eternity so that we can help keep plastics out of landfills and dumps! Plus they’re soooo pretty and shiny. So in short, we do not use biodegradable glitter, but in this case it is a good thing!
