These stylish earrings are made of recycled bicycle inner tubes and hand wire wrapped using vintage beads. That’s right, it isn’t leather, but it’s a fantastic sustainable substitute and helps keep plastics out of landfills!
As a whole, our company is constantly looking for cool ways to repurpose materials like plastics and rubbers into something both beautiful and useable. In fact, we don’t even have a trash can in our shop!
Beyond our Zero-Waste initiative, we sometimes find ways to use “waste” from other companies in attempt to lower the local footprint as well! With the help of our local bike shop, we have managed to get our hands on these precious “trash-treasure” materials so that we can make them into these hypoallergenic earrings!
