Description
Every new coil of tubing comes with a few feet of material that is not suitable for making our hula hoops. We use this material to create our gauges, jars, and much more.
Being the cat ladies that we are, we noticed that our cats enjoyed playing with the scraps. My 8 year old daughter grabbed some string and a bag of small bells (our crafts supplies are extensive) and started making cat toys with the scraps. A few, “mom can you help me[s],” later the wands were taped and the quality control department (Twinkle & Squash) approved.

Drag the toy slowly along the floor and each piece moves individually to mimic the motions of unsuspecting prey.
We recommend saving the treats for a bit and letting the cat enjoy the new toy for a while first. As with most little ones and their toys; they really like something, for a while, and inevitably get bored with it.
When they show signs of disinterest later on, introduce the toy with a treat (or several) hidden inside the holes and they’ll have a great time chasing it around and “snuggling” it.
