Reflective tape adds a noticeable amount of weight (about 3-5 ounces depending on the tape, tubing, hoop size, etc).  Many firehoopers are often looking to shave off every ounce possible from their firehoop, since the wicks add unavoidable weight.  Most of our customers say that the weight is worth the appearance. We cannot list actual weights since there are so many variations of this firehoop depending on tubing size, hoop size, amount of tape layers, wick count, etc..
