We have a habit of sending surprises in the mail. So it's a good idea to make sure the address in your account is up to date at all times!
This will be used for the bio section on our website upon approval.

Anything else you'd like to tell us about? Please include list of any other sponsors and any other groups, businesses or pages you are involved with! We would love to help cross-promote for your other endeavors.
We will need to link your promo code to an account in order to make sure you get credit for your sales! *You must create a user account on our website for your code to be linked.
Sponsored Promoters shall not, at any time during the Term and thereafter, make statements or representations, or otherwise communicate, directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or otherwise, or take any action which may, directly or indirectly, disparage Vibrant Hoops or its affiliates and subsidiaries or their respective officers, directors, employees, advisors, businesses or reputations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this agreement shall preclude executive from making truthful statements that are required by applicable law, regulation or legal process. Arbitration. In the event that there is a disagreement in the event of separation from entities, sponsored promoter agrees to arbitration process before taking other actions.

Vibrant Hoops would like to use your pictures from social media or other posts to help promote both the brand and you as a flow artist. By clicking this box you acknowledge that we may take photos from your social media accounts to use in good taste. Vibrant Hoops does not own the rights to any of your photos and will remove any upon request. It is not our intent to make you uncomfortable, we want to build you up! *Requirement: Account posts must be made shareable.
*In order to qualify for sponsorship, applicant must tag @vibrant_hoops on Instagram in at least 1 story post and 1 reel post as part of my application.

UPON SPONSORSHIP APPROVAL:

Promo Code will be valid for 15% off on our website (code may not apply for fire props, some LED props, or other miscellaneous items). We track the sales made using your promo code and you receive 15% of website sales. We do not apply for events for performers, you are responsible for getting yourself the gig. You may use the balance as reimbursement for travel & event expenses, a receipt is required.
To maintain a sponsorship level, you will be required to make at least one post, per month, on active promoting accounts. Inactive sponsors will be removed from the list, codes may stay active for up to one year after.
